Roboteasy Manager configuration guide.

CONFIGURATION

After launching the application on your desktop, this will be the default screen that greets you.

  • In the up-left corner it will show the version of the application that you are using. In this example we are using the version 2.22.0.

Manager Version
  • Now we need to add the credentials and choose the environment.

  1. Usuário: "User" must be added.

  2. Senha: "Password" must be added.

  • Ambiente or "environment" needs to be choosen between:

  1. Homologation: Testing Environment. Roboteasy Servers.

  2. Production: Official Environment. Roboteasy Servers.

  3. Custom: This is a custom environment where you can decide which Protocol, Server and door to use.

Protocolo = Protocol.

Servidor = Server.

Porta = Door.

  • Completing the steps above, you're ready to access the tool by clicking on 'Log in' or 'Enter' button."

  • Entering the tool, this will be the default viewing page.

THE MENU

  • There are two options in the primary menu: File and Help.

File opens to:

New runtime

  • This option helps with the creation of a new runtime.

Start with Manager: Option to choose to initialize the runtime simultaneously with the manager.

Settings

  • Here, you can specify the language and choose whether the manager should start simultaneously with Windows

Exit

  • This option takes you back to the default page when the application is open from your desktop.

Help opens to:

Documentation

  • Will lead you to the documentation page.

Check for updates

  • Checks if the application is the latest version and if not aks permission to update.

THE ICONS

  • This icons are the paramount tools for controlling/managing the runtimes. They can create, edit, delete, start and stop Runtimes.

  • Start from the left to the right, this is what they do:

  1. Create New Runtime

  2. Edit Runtime

  3. Delete Runtime

  4. Start Runtime

  5. Stop Runtime

  • In the top-right corner, there will be an icon. By clicking on it, you can view information about the company and the user currently logged into Roboteasy Manager application.

THE TABLE

  • This will be where all the runtimes will appear at.

  • There are a few conlums on this table that will help you to manage the runtimes.

Nome = Name: It will display the name of the runtime.

Client ID = It will display the ID of the runtime.

Estado = Status: It will display the status of the runtime. Running or Stopped.

  • The checkboxes allows you to select multiples runtime at the same time or one by one

HOW TO CREATE A NEW RUNTIME

  • It is necessary to follow the steps below to create a runtime within the tool.

STEP 01: Click on the button "+" or go to File and click New Runtime.

STEP 02: Insert a name and decide if you want to initialize the runtime at the same time the manager runs.

HOW TO EDIT A RUNTIME

  • It is necessary to follow the steps below to edit a runtime within the tool.

  • To effectively edit a runtime it is necessary that the runtime is not running/stopped.

STEP 01: Select the checkbox of the desired runtime and click on the pen button and change

  • It is necessary to follow the steps below to edit a runtime within the tool.

  • To effectively delete a runtime it is necessary that the runtime is not running/stopped.

STEP 01: Select the checkbox of the desired runtime and click on the trash button and confirm it.

  • It is necessary to follow the steps below to edit a runtime within the tool.

STEP 01: Select the checkbox of the desired runtime, then click on play button to initiate the runtime. Afterward, click on stop button to stop the runtime
