Functionalities:
Refactoring of tables:
Relocation of action buttons to a floating modal at the bottom of the screen, improving the organization of information available in tables;
Improvement subtype:
When defining the type of improvement, the user can also inform its subtype, for example, when choosing that a certain opportunity will be of the "system" type, the type of system in question can be chosen, such as TOTVS, SAP, etc.
Logo upload:
In the organization's settings, it is possible to upload an image to define the company's logo.
Organization positions:
In the organization's settings, the administrator will be able to register the positions of employees who are part of the company, which in the future will be used when defining the employees responsible for the registered opportunities.
Organization's suppliers:
Still on the organization's configuration page, we have the functionality to register suppliers that work for that company, these registered suppliers will be used when carrying out the opportunity simulations.
Company metrics:
In the "Metrics" tab, it is possible to define the prerequisites that the company expects from each improvement, such as maximum cost and minimum savings.
Opportunity simulator:
The opportunity simulator aims to provide the user with the possibility of viewing the same improvement with different suppliers where new calculations will be made for each one on the investment and return on that opportunity, finally the user will be able to select the opportunity that more efficiently achieves the metrics established by the company.
Project simulator:
This functionality allows the user to select as many improvements as he wants and carry out a simulation, where he will generally visualize the investment and the return that that group of opportunities added up will bring to the company.
Integration with Roboteasy Orchestrator:
When an improvement of the "Automation" type is put into production, the user will be able to link it to an RPA provided by Roboteasy. To carry out the integration, you will only need the "API Key" that the user can get by accessing his own profile in the Roboteasy orchestrator.
RPA Executions:
After linking an improvement to an RPA, the user will be able to visualize the last executions of the robot in question in a graphic form.
ROI recalculation:
After the improvement is in production, the user will be able to inform how much time the employee continues to invest in that particular process. According to the time informed, a new ROI will be calculated taking into account the employee's participation in the activity.
Access levels:
Access levels, permissions and profiles have been refactored. Now each company will have three default levels of access, user, manager and administrator.
Links to documentation and release notes:
Links are being inserted in some places so that the user can view the tool's functional documentation and release notes.
Corrections:
Error messages:
Treated error messages were not being presented to the user in some cases, such as existing email registration, login with wrong password, etc.
User registration:
It will no longer be possible to register users with an email that already exists in the Hub's database, thus avoiding future conflicts when logging in.
