The orchestrator is the platform responsible for managing and monitoring the executions of your robots. It is cloud hosting and you can access it from anywhere at this link.
The platform allows you to schedule the execution of all developed robots and monitor the results of the executions, from the status to the execution time. It is possible to manage the installations that the company has on its computers or servers. These are called runtimes, and you can distribute the runs on each machine.
The result of the executions generates data and it is possible to generate dashboards for management follow-up.
In other words, you have a tool in your hands that allows you to do whatever you want with your robots. A true orchestrator.
The scheduler will allow you to customize the execution of your robots according to your needs. You will be able to choose the execution frequency (daily, weekly, biweekly, etc), the start and end date of the schedule and the robot that should be executed.
After setting your schedules, you are concerned with the executions, just follow the success indicators through the Dashboards.
Of course, you can manage these schedules at any time if any rules need to be modified!
It allows you to create an execution flow of several robots and make the decision of the next executions according to the result of the previous robot.
For example: if you have 5 robots that must be executed one after the other, just assemble a flow and they will start executing according to the completion of the previous one, without wasting time. If any run returns a non-compliant result, you can choose not to start the next run.
For now it is not possible to use the execution plan with schedules, but it is on our list of features.
You will be able to create your own dashboards according to the most interesting indicators for your company. It will allow you to follow the executions of your robots, validate if it was successful or if there was any situation in which the robot could not finish, and you will be able to view execution indicators.
For example: a registration update robot will be able to inform you in graphs how many registrations were updated per day.
You can download the graphs to your computer and use them as you wish: send them to managers or use them in results meetings.
With the password vault you guarantee the security and compliance of your personal data. The purpose of this tool is to manage customer passwords without other people having direct access. That is, you will be giving access to third parties only from the vault, never from your password.
For example: your robot will need access to the company's bank account to capture statements. Then you will create a vault with the access data to the bank, and you will only make the name of the vault available to the developer.
So in the development of a robot, the safe will be used and not the password itself, so that the developer will not have access to the client's passwords.
When a password is changed, simply update the vault and there is no need to service the robot. It will continue to function normally.
With Orchestrator you have complete freedom to manage your account, add new users and manage your users' profiles, in addition to being able to change your contracted plan with Roboteasy according to your company's needs.
You will also be able to monitor your company's data consumption within your plan, such as: number of broken captchas, OCR queries, active Runtimes or total executions performed.
The manager's objective is to ease the control of all the runtimes installed in a computer. It will be installed on a machine or server and will be responsible for communicating with the Orchestrator and triggering the execution or stop of a robot. With it, it is possible to include, modify and delete runtimes, as well as initialize and stop the execution.
