Roboteasy has created a product catalog that forms a fully integrated ecosystem to solve all aspects related to process automation through RPA, where it is possible to:
Develop robots to automate anything;
Run, monitor and manage the results of your robot;
Control the execution on your computers or servers;
Manage automation opportunities and choose the one that generates the greatest gain for the company.
All of this was created based on the observation of the real needs of our customers in optimizing their processes, using the best performance of their employees, avoiding drowning them in simple and repetitive tasks, reducing the volume of rework and increasing their profitability.
This is how we created the #1 robot development STUDIO in Brazil and the simplest to use on the market.
Other needs immediately arose, such as: managing the executions of these robots, deciding on which computer or server they will run, at what time and for how long, capturing the most diverse indicators of these executions, obtaining compliance to guarantee the efficiency of these robots.
So the Orchestrador was born, which is the tool responsible for allowing the manager to basically do whatever he wants with the robots developed for him. Entirely in the cloud and accessible from anywhere, the manager will be able to decide which robot to execute, make schedules, stop executions and of course, view the most diverse customizable dashboards to evaluate all the indicators generated by these executions. In this way, it is possible to completely manage the operation of these automations.
Finally, in the role of making the communication between the Studio and the Orchestrator, there is a third key that we call Manager. This is responsible for putting the robot actually running. It is a small installation of a plugin made on the computers or servers where the client wants to run the automation. Once installed, just let it work.
See this architecture:
After putting this architecture into play and distributing hundreds of robots to several clients, we were faced with another need: deciding what is most worth automating!
That is, companies were unable to capture real automation opportunities with their employees, much less were they able to decide which processes would be more advantageous from the point of view of productivity and return on investment.
In our team of consultants, we have people who are more than experienced and capable of helping clients with this identification. But don't get me wrong, we knew it was possible to address this systemically. After all, we are a tech company, aren't we?
This is how we created the HUB, which is a powerful tool to manage your company's opportunities for improvement and it's capable of showing you which opportunities for improvement will bring you the best result, even making comparisons between suppliers so that the manager can make the best decisions in your company.
In addition, it has many graphs and performance indicators so that you can measure the results of the improvements made in a very simple way.
