To read an e-mail it is necessary to follow the next steps:

1 - Select the object "Read E-mail" on the "E-mail" menu and drag it into your working area:

First, you must define a singular object name in the "Object Identifier Name" field and select the main object defined in the e-mail setting, along with the recipient's e-mail address. Lastly, inform the subject and the e-mail text
If it exists, select the attachment in the "Add Attachment" field

To access the folders or subfolders you have to pass the path with "/" but be aware that it changes depending on the e-mail address.

Pay attention to the language in which the email is set up, so you can change the access.
