In order to facilitate usability and ensure greater security when it comes to the use of passwords on objects, the password vault allows them to be registered and used by the IDE during robot development.
As in the example below, you can create groups of registered passwords and specify which users will be allowed to use them.
By selecting "passwords" and clicking in "add", a modal for the inclusion of a new key will be presented.
By selecting "Permissions" a modal for user inclusion into this vault will be presented.

To access the password vault, you must inform the credentials used to access the IDE. It´s important to note that the password vault will not travel on the web, meaning all the passwords will be stored locally.
First of all, it is necessary to register the password into the password vault. For this example we will be registering a password with the key "email".
Using the password vault is very simple. Include into the password box the prefix “cof.”, followed by the group's name plus the registered key.

In this case, we informed the password by selecting the group "email" and the password key "email":
