As shown in the image below, clicking on the highlighted button will open the recorder. Basically, the recorder has the objective of optimizing the automation process. With it, you can dynamically search for all available elements in programs and on the web.
Windows/Web: this option defines which process will be automated.
Specify only one element: Using this option, you can specify an element on the screen and select it. Automatically it will be positioned in the object tree.
Specify Element: this option will make it possible to specify an element in the working area. When the element is selected, automatically a tree of related elements will be created, which may be of higher or lower levels.
Start Recording: starts a continuous recording stream, which will be interrupted only when the Esc key is pressed. During the recording process you will see the following screen as an aid:
Highlight: will create a highlight when an element is selected in the tree.
Record focus or opening: will automatically create an object in the list to select the window or open the program.
You will be shown all the elements that are available for automation in the working area.
Update Tree: Creates a tree with all the element levels in the working area.
Clear Tree: Deletes all mapped elements.
You will be shown all the properties available to automate an object.
In the actions menu you will see the recording flow, which represents the automation of the process. In the above case, first the program will be selected and then an action will be performed.
Send to the IDE: The mapped process will be made effective and available in RobotEasy Studio.
Test all: A test going through all the steps will be performed.
Clear: The entire mapped flow will be deleted.
