# Close Current Tab

Object to close the current tab

## Example

To close one of the current tabs on the browser, you must follow the next steps: 

1 - Select the object "**Open Browser**" on the "**Internet**" menu, and drag it to your working area 

First, you must define a singular object name on the "**Object Identifier Name**" field, select a browser and enter the website to be accessed in the "**Web Page Address**" field.

As per the image above, we will be using the Sintegra SC website in this tutorial

2 - Next we must select the "**Open New Tab**" object from the "**Internet**" menu, select the main browser object and enter the address of the site to be accessed in the "**Url**" field:

3 - Next, to select a specific tab to be worked on, we must select the object "**Select Tab**" from the "**Internet**" menu and inform the position of the desired tab (0 for the first tab, 1 for the second one, and so on).

4 - To close the selected tab we must select the object "**Close Current Tab**" from the "**Internet**" menu:

5 - The working area will look like this:
