Example

To perform layout setting of a Word file, you must have a pre-existing file and follow these steps:

1 - Select the "Open Word" object from the "Word" menu and drag it to your working area.

  • First you should define a unique name for the object in the "Object Identifier Name" field and select the file to open.

  • If the "Run in Background" option is selected, it will run in the background.

2 - Then select the "Set Layout" object, then the main object defined when opening the file. Lastly, define the settings for Font, Font Size, Page Orientation and the margins.

  • If the "Insert Page Numbers" option is selected, you can define the page numbers type ("Number only", "Number and Total", or "Text, Number and Total") and where it will be placed ("Header" or "Footer").
