Field	Description
Title	Object title
SQL Server Identifier Name	Singular name for the SQLServer object (variable)
Server	The database's server
Database Name	The database's name
Windows Authentication	Check to use the same authentication as the one being used in the OS.
User	Access user to the database
Password	Access password to the database
