To sort columns of an Excel spreadsheet file you need to follow a few steps with a pre-existing file:
1 - Select the "Open Excel" object from the "Excel" menu and drag it to your working area.
First you must define a unique name for the object in the "Object Identifier Name" field, inform the complete directory containing the name and the extension of the file and then set a password if it is required.
2 - You should then select the "Sort Columns" object in the "Excel" menu, select the main object defined when opening the Excel file, select the type of sorting, define the columns and rows to be sorted and, finally, enter the column sequence for the sorting.
